To mark World Manta Day this September, the Manta Trust is inviting ocean enthusiasts to take part in an extraordinary prize draw: a 10-day liveaboard dive or snorkel expedition around the Maldives! Participants will explore vibrant reefs, encounter majestic manta rays, and experience the wonders of the ocean firsthand, all while supporting vital marine conservation work.

An Unforgettable Ocean Adventure

The prize includes a luxury cruise aboard the EcoPro Seascape, visiting four stunning atolls of the Maldives. Guests will have the chance to see manta rays, whale sharks, sea turtles, and other iconic marine life, guided by a manta ray expert who will share their knowledge and experience working with manta rays and Maldivian marine ecosystems.

One of the highlights of the trip is a visit to the world-famous Hanifaru Bay, home to breathtaking seasonal manta feeding aggregations in Baa Atoll. This is a rare opportunity to witness one of nature’s most spectacular displays, while contributing to the Manta Trust’s ongoing conservation efforts.

Why This Matters

By taking part in the draw, entrants support the Manta Trust’s crucial work protecting manta and devil rays and their habitats. Every ticket helps fund research, education, and conservation projects, ensuring a sustainable future for these extraordinary creatures.

“Experiencing these magnificent animals in their natural habitat is unforgettable,” says Dr. Guy Stevens, CEO and Co-Founder of the Manta Trust. “And knowing that your adventure directly contributes to their protection makes it even more meaningful.”
