MANTABASE PERSONAL DATA CONSENT

Thank you for previously naming a manta ray with the Manta Trust.

We keep track of individual manta rays and their sightings through MantaBase, our online platform for manta ray identification and citizen science.

If you would like to receive updates about the manta ray you named, or a manta ray that was named on your behalf, we need your permission to add your name and email address to MantaBase and create an account for you.

MantaBase is owned and operated by the Manta Trust. Your details will be stored securely by us and handled in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We will only use them to give you access to MantaBase and to send you updates about your named manta ray, unless you choose to hear more from us below.

We will keep your details for as long as you have a MantaBase account. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@mantatrust.org, and we will then close your account and delete your details.

If the manta ray was named for a child under 13, a parent or guardian should complete this form using their own details.
